They finished in the top HALF of their six-team division, tied for first-place with two teams (Miami, Bowling Green) they lost against, and had inferior non-conference and intra-division records. Sure, it's better than anything the program has achieved in the past, but it sure ain't no championship. And if the Bulls happen to win the MAC East outright this season, it'll make the '07 pseudo-title look pretty corny. Tim, you can give up your source on this one.
